You can upgrade from the American POS for Restaurants Free plan to the American POS for Restaurants Standard plan. You’ll be able to utilize all existing features and setup. The only new setup will be for the added functionality that’s included with your upgrade. After your 30-day free trial, you’ll be charged $30 per month per location. If you choose not to subscribe, you’ll be downgraded to the American POS for Restaurants Free plan, and you can continue to use the American POS for Restaurant system or choose to use American Point of Sale. To upgrade to the custom American POS for Restaurants Standard plan, contact our sales team.
American POS for Restaurants requires an internet connection for normal operations. If you are experiencing connectivity issues, you can enable offline payments with American POS hardware to keep taking payments for up to 24 hours.
